Our WordPress websites are developed to work on a self-hosted WordPress site – not wordpress.com. You can download the WordPress Software from wordpress.org   or from Alinestech.com if available.

You are free to modify our products for personal or commercial projects as you wish to fit your purposes. You can use our products on as many sites as you like as it is GPL licensed. However, you will need a valid and active license key or mail id to get support and automatic updates. One site license will give you support and automatic updates for one site only.

By signing up on our site as a premium user, you get access to our respective support channels. Premium users can download their purchased product zip file from their  Alinestech account page. Payment

You can pay with ways available on Alinestech checkout page. For single site license the payment is automatic renewal process, howevever it can be canceled anytime as per your liking within the active subscription period.

Refund Policy

We bet for the premium-quality products and services which never fail to please the customers. If you have problems getting our websites or plugins to work, then we have a dedicated support team as a standby backing to help our clients/ customers instantly through support forums and email. We do not have refund policy however if you found our product (that you purchased) completely unusable even after a support from our team, you can claim for the refund. Before a refund will be granted. You must allow us to try to solve the problem you have by mailing us at [email protected] or Contact Us Page.

NOTE : Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide that not to use the purchased products.

You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your website. Product Support is provided via support ticket and email live support only. We do not give any support via comments, Twitter, Facebook, phone call, Skype or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions at one place which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions.We will check the support forums usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will get back to you from few minutes to 24 hours time (working days). For all our products, we will try our best to get back to you.

Price Changes

Alinestech reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the price of our Products without prior notice. Moreover, Alinestech is allowed to discontinue a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
